Villa Lofoten is a spacious house with extensive grounds about 2 acres. The property also consists of a barn and byre.

Entering from the entrance hall you find a spacious, modern, well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals and bake your own bread. Next to the kitchen is the dining room, and behind the kitchen the library with a desk and a double bed. There is also a living room on the ground floor. The first floor has under floor heating and an wood burning stove in the kitchen.

Upstairs you will find the main living room, the red room. The room has skylights, tall ceiling and a breathtaking view from the large window. It is a wonderful place to observe the winter storms as well as the midnight sun. The room has electric heating and a wood burning stove for cold nights. The two identical bed rooms have desks, wardrobes and double beds. The bathroom has windows from the floor to the ceiling. It is facing the Arctic Ocean and the midnight sun. Enjoy your bath with a superb view over an ever changing, beautiful and dramatic landscape.
Up another small flight of stairs you will find the attic bedroom with a double mattress and a skylight.

The house is furnished with modern furniture as well as antiques. You will arrive to find the beds made and towels laid out for you.

The host is called Per Roald .He will meet you at your arrival and departure. Per Roald used to be a fisherman fishing the Arctic Sea. He also grew up in the house.
